FREE SHIPPING is available on some products...all options are on view at checkout!

International Orders: All orders are shipped via ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL SIGN FOR...this service calculates postage charges depending on weight of the parcel.

Standard charge on all International orders has been set to £15.

Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising here from shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted in full, you do not have permission to access the contents of this website and therefore should cease using this website immediately.


 
Returns, Exchange and Cancellation Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us - your confidence in us, in our quality of goods and in our service is our number one priority. However, there are some stipulations we are obliged to make.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be altered or cancelled if they have been processed and set “Ready To Ship” as we use an independent fulfilment house to ship all orders.

FREE RETURNS FROM WITHIN UK or Northern Ireland
These should be received (or requested) within 21 days after the date your order was shipped and should include the original undamaged box and the item in unused and brand new condition. 

  • Complete and enclose a Reason for Return and write your order number.
  • Take the parcel to your Post Office who will provide you with a Proof of Posting and a tracking number.  

RETURNS FROM EU and REST OF WORLD
These should be received (or requested) within 10 days after the date your order was shipped to you. Please note your return and exchange will not be shipped free of charge.

  • If you are returning goods from outside the EU – please ensure your package is clearly marked RETURNS. Also ensure all correct customs documents are completed and attached. If you do not do this – there may be UK customs duties levied on the goods and we cannot accept delivery. In this event the package is likely to be returned to you and you will be liable for the duty.
  • Please ensure you enclose a copy of your delivery note and a note of explanation regarding your requirements in the package with your return. If this is not done - we can't handle your return !
  • If you are returning items from USA via Fedex, UPS or any other 'Courier Service', there is a charge levied of 30 UK Pounds (by them - not by us !!), and they will usually demand proof that Duty has been paid. Please note, if these charges are raised, we will have to charge it to you. Therefore - we suggest you use AIRMAIL via the POSTAL SERVICE in preference.
  • Please note that all exchange orders will incur shipping costs.

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR ALL CUSTOMERS : We do not charge an Admin Fee, a Re-Stocking Fee or Credit Card Fees.  

Please note : We cannot accept White or light footwear that is soiled. Please take care when trying them on, as we will be obliged to refuse the return if they have any marks on them.

Please do not tape up the product box or write on it. We suggest you cover the box to return it to us - we will regrettably deduct 15 UK Pounds if the box is defaced, damaged or not re-usable in any way.

We regret we cannot process exchanges or refunds unless the terms above are complied with.

FAULTY ITEMS

Please note - if we deem the fault to be the result of abuse, excess wear, misuse, or mis-fitting, we reserve the right to return the product to you and charge an £8 handling and admin fee as well as a return postage charge.

This does not in any way affect your statutory rights if any of our products have a manufacturing defect

EXCHANGES
Please enclose a note -  if you are in UK or on a copy of your invoice if you are outside UK - of your exchange requirements.

WE DO NOT CHARGE A RE-SEND FEE FOR YOUR FIRST REPLACEMENT IF YOU ARE BASED IN THE UK or Northern Ireland. WE DO NOT CHARGE ANY EXCHANGE OR ADMIN FEES.

We regret we are unable to refund any postage fees paid by you to return your products to us if you are outside UK. If however, we have sent you the wrong item or your items have developed a fault then we will of course refund your return postage.

Clearance items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

REFUNDS
These are processed within 30 days from the date we receive your return and by the same method you used for your original payment. Please note that we will have to deduct POSTAGE charges paid by us from all refunds.
